Tia Hulce - Art Educator

In the Art Room, our biggest focus is being respectful of one another, the art, and the supplies. All of these are important aspects of being a responsible adult, and I believe that reflection is crucial for developing metacognition and social skills. Because of this, I started implementing the "Think Sheet" in class.

 

Students assess their behavior, as well as decide how they could better handle the situation in the future. I think this assures that the students understand all aspects of their misconduct, and how it not only affects them but others as well.
